Meet Dr. Marvizi, Long Beach Dentist

Hi, and welcome to our family of patients! My name is Dr. Marvizi, and I’ve been in private practice for 27 years! It’s an honor and a privilege to serve the people of our community. I love building connections with people and watching families grow and change. The level of care and the gratitude of our patients when we treat them gives me and my office a great joy.

For my education, I first received my BA degree from UC Berkeley in Physiology/Anatomy, then my DDS from the University of the Pacific. I am also a graduate of Misch Implant Institute. In addition to these certifications, I also participated in extensive studies of occlusion (bite) from Terry Tanaka and the Dawson Institute as well as Frank Spear from the Seattle Institute.

But my learning doesn’t stop there! I know that when I gain knowledge of the latest techniques and technology, I am providing an easier and more comfortable experience for the patients. That is why I am an associate fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology ICOI, American Academy of Implant Dentistry AAID, the Dental Organization For Conscious Sedation, and the Misch Implant Institute.

In our practice, we are a very happy and lighthearted group! We consider each patient a part of our extended family and take the time to get to know everyone personally. Patient satisfaction and professionalism come first by all team members in the office. Most of our team have been working in this office together for twelve years and counting! They enjoy building relationships with each patient as a way of strengthening our community.

When I’m not practicing dentistry, I spend time with my wife, Rosita, and our four children. We love to spend time outdoors, playing soccer, football, and basketball. We also love to travel! My favorite destination is Hawaii. Aloha!
